Azany, a global eCommerce platform, needed a Seller Management Dashboard to streamline seller operations for its initial market launch. I was tasked with designing a user-friendly tool that balanced immediate functionality with scalability.
Challenges & approach
The Seller Management Dashboard’s initial prototype faced challenges in simplifying inventory management, order tracking, and performance monitoring while providing a dull experience for both new and experienced sellers. Balancing immediate functionality with scalability for future localization was key. To address these, I conducted user interviews to understand workflows and needs, designed wireframes and prototypes with iterative feedback, integrated features like real-time tracking and reporting and created a scalable framework for future localization and expansion.
