MONI is a rewards-based platform under Analytics Intelligence’s [AI] Collaborative Customer Intelligence initiative, offering personalized advertising and sales campaigns. I was tasked to research and develop a functional concept and mobile app UI tailored for Landmark Africa, the pilot users.

Key challenges included aligning Landmark’s diverse audience needs with MONI’s capabilities and integrating real-time data for personalized rewards. I conducted competitor analysis, user research, and iterative prototyping, creating a streamlined, intuitive design to enhance user engagement.
